Our Story
We met as neighboring vendors at the Lakewood 400 Antiques Market—one quietly showcasing decades of master craftsmanship, the other enthusiastically drawing customers in before ever cutting a piece of glass. Different personalities, shared curiosity, and a respect for the work brought us into conversation.
As we packed up at the end of the market, a simple question—“Will you teach me?”—led to a 10am repair the next morning. That one repair turned into months of hands-on learning at the bench, studying traditional leadwork, proportion, and structure. What began as an apprenticeship grew into a partnership—and eventually, our studio.

Ashley O’Neal
Ashley O’Neal brings a rare fusion of fine art training and 20 years of design leadership to the studio. With a BFA background and a career in user experience design for software engineering, she approaches leaded glass through the lens of spatial intelligence, visual systems, and client-centered design.

Her focus is creating architectural glass that feels intentional, balanced, and seamlessly integrated into the home.
